The dunnage air bag, also known as Air Bag or Disposable Inflatable Dunnage bag, which normally be composed by inner bag and outer bag. The inner bag's material could be PE, nylon, etc., which could be inflated by air using special tools. The outer bag's material could be craft paper, or craft paper combined with PP, PE, etc, or other plastic material, which should be tough and pressure-resistance to protect the inner bag.

After be inserted in a void between the cargo/package, or between the cargo/package and wall or ceiling of container, operator could use special tools to inflate air into dunnage air bag to reach the suitable pressure and condition. Dunnage air bag could prevent cargoes from collapse, absorb shock, keep the cargo/package from impact between each other or with container's wall, in this way, dunnage air bag could protect cargo perfectly during transportation to avoid damages & losses. Compares to traditioinal technique and doing, the benefits of using dunnage air bag could be found easily from low-cost, labour -saving, handling easily, low-waste, flexibility.

Just an airgun and an air compressor will be needed to make Zerpo dunnage air bag to work.

Measure the size of cargo/package and the void between cargo/package or between cargo/package and container wall

Zerpo could supply dunnage air bag with any needed sizes. You may select the suitable dunnage air bag according to the different measurements of cargo/package and void.

After inserting the selected Zerpo's dunnage air bag in the void, make sure that no sharp angle or nail could touch bag directly. The Zerpo dunnage air bag should not exceed height, width or length of the cargo/package, when Zerpo dunnage air bag be used in vertical, the sides of the dunnage air bag should be kept 2 inches (approx 5cm) space from floor and/or roof of the conainer.

When Zerpo dunnage bag be inserted in its position, it should be inflated in the correct way. To avoid damage of the bag, make sure the air pressure not exceeding the bag's working pressure, which normally is 0.2bar. After inflating, press the plug into the valve cap. ***** It'll do help to hold ring under the valve during inflating. Deflating after use Zerpo dunnage air bag can be reused. After the container arrived destination, deflating the bag's inside air then to keep it for use next time. Zerpo's dunnage air bag can be easily deflated completely by removing the yellow cap away. On clean & flat floor, to fold the bag slowly, with the valve side up, towards the direction of the valve, until all the air be forced out of bag, then screw the valve cap on the valve base, preparing for using next time.

The folded zerpo dunnage air bag should be stored in a clean & dry place, avoiding sunshine directly.

Demonstration of wrong usages:

A distance of at least 2 inches(approx 5cm) should be kept from 4 sides of dunnage air bag to the container's floor and/or roof.	The dunnage air bag's height should not exceed the height of pallets or packages.
The 2 dunnage air bags should not be placed by side together,it would cause the bags pop-up	The vaid between pallets or packages is much bigger than the space which dunnage air bag should be served
The dunnage air bags should not be loaded between pallets or packages and the container's doors,it could cause danger when the doors be opened again
