How to select suitable size of Dunnage Air Bags
• Measure gap size between cargoes/pallets
• Measure height of cargoes/pallets
• Measure depth of cargoes/pallets
• Select suitable size of dunnage air bags according to the data in the specification table
Suggested working pressure during whole transportation: not exceeding 0.2bar/20Kpa/2.9P.S.I.
Attention of using Dunnage Air Bags
• Do not over-inflating air into dunnage air bags;
• Dunnage air bags should not to be used in a gap which bigger than its max. applied gap;
• The effective working area of dunnage air bags should not exceed the width and height of cargoes/pallets;
• Bottom of dunnage air bags should keep at least 5cm / 2” distance from the floor;
• Cardboard/plywood board or other similar materials should be used to protect dunnage air bags against sharp objects/burrs;
• If have to use dunnage air bags in the gap against door, the consignee should be notified in advance to avoid accidental injury.
