The precision vises are mainly used in vertical CNC or vertical machine centre, when be used in ordinary machines, such as milling machine, grinding machine, drilling machine, boring machine, etc., workpiece’s operated accuracy could also be improved obviously. We always pay attention on every detail of precision vises to update and improve it to meet customers’ various requirements. All the precision vises are manufactured under strict quality control. All precision vises & accessories are modular and all the components of our precision vises could be interchanged with perfect alignment to provide a wide variety of combination and clamping solutions. The only difference for the precision vise with different size is the length of vise base for the same width of clamping jaw while the rest of components are all the same. Through the simple addition or substitution of some accessories in particular, the type of clamping could be easily changed according to actual needs.

Every sliding and coupling surface are ground precisely to guarantee the precision vise’s accuracy: the accuracy of parallelism for full length of precision vise base reaches 0.015mm, the accuracy of perpendicularity reaches 0.02mm, the positioning accuracy reaches 0.02/50mm when the precision vise being connected with machine by longitudinal and cross keyways(16H7) on the vise base.

The blocking group could approach the workpiece in maximum while sliding in the vise base slide-way. The clamping will be completed by the blocking screw lastly. Other than the manual mechanic system, the interchangeable and independent clamping systems of hydraulic or pneumatic could also be adopted. The change needs only a few seconds.

Both jaw plates are manufactured with a pull down angle. It ensures a downward run of the workpiece against the vise base during the clamping operation, so the precise and safety clamping could be guaranteed. Both jaws’ bodies are composed of one solid piece to keep rigidity while avoiding bending.

The special design of fixed jaw includes 5x5mm step and also 4 screw holes on the head side and top side separately, such design combined with other special jaws or jaw plates could allow the precision vise with varied application, from increasing maximum opening capacity of about 80% to clamping the workpiece in any shapes and dimension, etc.. According to actual needs, the precision vises could also be placed in vertical and side, the group application of the precision vise is also possible during operation.

The space saving design and solid construction allow a maximum blocking ratio to total overall dimension of the precision vise. The non-heavy weight allows the precision vise be moved easily in manual.
